   Latency time is not being reported correctly i.e minutes should be reported 
from 0 to 59 minutes and not 1 to 60 minutes such that hour increments after 59 
minutes. The same thing happens for hours and days, day should increment after 
23hrs and not after 24hrs. Example 00:01:60:51 should read 00:01:00:51.
