Hi - Please post this into the wiki and we can finish discussion.
One point is that the monthly meetups are seldom discussed on the dev list. There should be discussion there reminding interested parties that these meetups are happening and what the discussion topics and talks are going to be. Also the names of the committers who accepted should be provided.
