My updates: 1. created and shared a proposal for Heron UI improvements <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CaDVVifcWqViRO96tmePK5dwhOhYnhwjhMRuImg-aOs/edit#heading=h.rfm62inflf7w>. 2. a few code changes in UI(parallelism, tooltip), metrics sink communicator, gc log files, and rate limiter example. 3. discussion about load topology config from yaml file.
