We were able to get a working redirect from the old github pages site to the new Heron site that is hosted on Apache infra.
The old site https://apache.github.io/incubator-heron/ should now redirect to https://heron.incubator.apache.org/ +1 to Nick Nezis for the suggestion. - Josh
