Hi, This is just a personal observation. Hertzbeat seems to be in a good place and the Incubator has a lot of podlings to look after - would it be possible for Hertzbeat to start the process to graduate as a TLP? https://incubator.apache.org/guides/graduation.html
One other thing - your release area has old releases. You are meant to just leave the last release there. The older releases are in archive.apache.org anyway.
