Define semantics for --auxpath

In HIVE-2269 it was discovered that there is some confusion as to exactly what
the auxpath paramter can contain. Pertinent questions:
* Can the entries just be directories (with all of the jars within the
directory included), or a mix of directories and jars?
* Can URIs specify the directories and/or files? If so, this will prevent a
colon from being a delimiter of the list entries. Can semicolons be included?
This blocks HIVE-2269. At the very least, the official spec for this option
should be added to the documentation.
