The only usage that I found of the above is:
{code}
addDef(args, AppConfig.HADOOP_CHILD_JAVA_OPTS, appConf.controllerMRChildOpts());
{code}
However, addDef just does an addition of "-Dkey=value" without using any
additional quotes. This will create problems on the command line for any
scenario where the value contains a whitespace.
