Currently, in LLAP attempt id gets appended to both thread name and added to 
NDC creating long log lines like below

[TezTaskRunner_attempt_1448393634013_0008_1_03_000000_0[attempt_1448393634013_0008_1_03_000000_0]]
{code}

I think it will be sufficient to add only to NDC.
