Shutdown for SessionManager waits 10seconds for all threads on the
threadpoolExecutor to shutdown correctly.
The cleaner thread - with default settings - will take 6 hours to shutdown, so
essentially any shutdown of HS2 is always delayed by 10s.
The cleaner thread should be shutdown properly.
