Summary: Remove old javadoc versions

We currently have a lot of old javadoc versions. I'd propose that we keep the
following versions:
* r1.2.2
* r2.1.1
* r2.2.0
(Note that 2.3.0 was not checked in to the site.) In particular, I'd suggest we
remove:
* hcat-r0.5.0
* r0.10.0
* r0.11.0
* r0.12.0
* r0.13.1
* r1.0.1
* r1.1.1
* r2.0.1
