{{DynamicPartitionPruningOptimization}} doesn't print out info about which
filter in the query triggered DPP. It prints out the filter that is introduced
by the {{SyntheticJoinPredicate}}, but thats not very useful for debugging
purposes. It would be nice if we printed out the actual join predicate that is
triggered DPP.
