When running the BeeLine tests agains different configurations, the output of
certain commands, like explain can be different. Also the result of the
describe extended/formatted commands when running them on BeeLine have
different result then in the golden out files. To be able to reuse these out
files, we should have an option to filter out these commands.
The idea is to introduce a new property "test.beeline.compare.portable" with
the default value false and if this property is set to true, these commands
will be filtered out from the out files before the diff.
