The new testvector_reduce_groupby_duplicate_cols.q was introduced in
[HIVE-18258] but is misspelled in testconfiguration.properties:

+ vector_reduce_groupby_duplicate_cols.q,\

I noticed this because TestDanglingQOuts.checkDanglingQOut failed
