Summary: Replication events should use lower case db object names

Environment: events generated by replication should include the
database / tables / partitions / function names in lower case. this will
prevent other applications to explicitly do case insensitive match of objects
using names. in hive all db object names as specified above are explicitly
converted to lower case when comparing between objects of same types.
