ACID table UPDATE/DELETE
1. should accurately compute table stats (if started from
accurate stats status and with hive.stats.autogather or
hive.starts.column.autogather
being true) and keep "true" for "BASIC_STATS" of COLUMN_STATS_ACCURATE.
2. should turn off COLUMN_STATS (or turn to "false").
