itest currently relies on hbase-common test jar for HBaseMiniCluster, but pulls
in this dependency transitively via a bug in hbase-procedure's own dependency
tree. This was fixed in HBase 2.1, so Hive should prepare for that by
explicitly declaring the dependency.
