I'm not sure how much this is achievable...but we sometime leave metastore
upgrade bugs / etc by mistake...
it would be great to have something which:
* compiles and deploys hive
* runs some trivial cases
* ...and run it against multiple kind of metastore dbs
I think travis can be convinced to do something like this...
