HiveConf.ConfVars#HIVE_TXN_HEARTBEAT_THREADPOOL_SIZE appears deprecated with
javadoc pointing to MetastoreConf.TXN_HEARTBEAT_THREADPOOL_SIZE but there is no
such configuration variable in MetastoreConf.
