Currently, with hive.strict.checks.type.safety=true we disallow:
* Comparing bigints and strings/(var)chars
* Comparing bigints and doubles
* Comparing decimals and strings/(var)chars
while there is a TODO to add any remaining checks.
We need to decide how strict we are going to be here(following mySQL checks?
Posgres?) and then document everything.
