In a rather short time Alessandro made many significant contributions for the project. He fixed many crucial issues with CBO adding also utils to fast diagnose problems and quickly unblock production breakage. He introduced Sonar in CI which is a big step for monitoring and improving code quality, mentored newcomers, and opened the road for more performance improvements by adding support for Histograms. Finally, he has been a regular reviewer since day 1, something that is vital for keeping the project healthy, and the community alive.
