In this thread [1], we discussed the matter related to the release of
version 4.1.0. The current blocking issue for the release of 4.1.0 has been
largely resolved. We plan to cut the branch-4.1.0 from master branch & freeze
the 4.1.0 branch code on June 25th. After the code freeze, only serious
issues[2] affecting the release of 4.1.0 can be merged into the 4.1.0 branch.
Developers need to first submit to the master branch, and then cherry-pick to
the 4.1.0 branch.
If you think there are still major issues affecting the release of
version 4.1.0, please create a ticket & PR as soon as possible.
