Hi dev,
I have noticed that the recently created bills cannot automatically
link to the PR addresses. For instance, HIVE-29036, HIVE-29028, and HIVE-29026.
What is the reason for this? I am accustomed to checking code changes through
the PR links on JIRA. This JIRA change has somewhat confused me.
