The following select:
select distinct TXT_1.`a`, TXT_1.`b` from `MYTAB` TXT_1 order by TXT_1.`a` asc
fails with a Java SQL exception. Note that if the "distinct" or the table alias
is removed from the SQL, the statement executes fine.
