Sorry Carl didn't work. I ran into the below issue - and I just did git pull on
arcanist and libphutil both.
Exception:
Failed to load symbol 'ArcanistDifferentialRevisionRef'. If this symbol was
recently added or moved, your library map may be out of date. You can rebuild
the map by running 'arc liberate'. For more information, see:

Kevin Wilfong mentioned this is a known issue. arc liberate did not fix this
for me.
