actually no. The "released" thing you see there is purely a text description. The fact that 0.9 still appears on the Road Map is a sign that it's not set to released yet. That needs to be done by someone with Admin rights. Judging from our own JIRA the link might look like this <https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/HIVE/versions>. You can see the status also here: <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE#selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project%3Aversions-panel> by looking at the little icon in front of the version numbers.
