TestSetUGIOnBothClientServer, testSynchronized in TestSetUGIOnOnlyClient,
testSynchronized in TestSetUGIOnOnlyServer, and
testNegativeCliDriver_local_mapred_error_cache in TestNegativeCliDriver.
