If the data at the location for a partitioned/non-partitioned external tables
gets changed, the queries on the partition gives incorrect results.
The workaround is to remove all the erroneous partitions and then add them
again and then it works perfectly fine.
We should have a refresh command to do the same per partition or for all the
partitions in an external table.
