Release Note: HBase will be detected via HBASE_HOME and HBASE_CONF_DIR.
HBASE_HOME defaults to BigTop path /usr/lib/hbase. (was: HBase will be
detected via {{HBASE_HOME}} and {{HBASE_CONF_DIR}}. {{HBASE_HOME}} defaults to
BigTop path {{/usr/lib/hbase}}.)
