[~yhuai] Sorry, I had a mistake.
I found why commons-codec 1.3 is downloaded is because hadoop-core(0.20.2)
depends on commons-codec 1.3.
So, if we use commons-codec 1.4, we should use newer hadoop-core ( maybe
0.20.205 or 1.x) for hadoop-core.
