I followed the Tez/Hive .13 instructions at
http://public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/HDP-LABS/Projects/Stinger/StingerTechnicalPreviewInstall.pdf
Usage of Hive's "transform" function for custom map/reduce programs no longer
works as expected-- Hive does not return any results from the program's
standard output.
