Unfortunately the version of jenkins they are using doesn't support putting the JIRA number in the build description so it's kind of opaque. But if you view the full console for a build ( http://bigtop01.cloudera.org:8080/view/Hive/job/PreCommit-HIVE-Build/804/consoleFull) at the top you'll see something like: ISSUE_NUM=6125 which means that build is for HIVE-6125.
