Description:
Hive client will add local aux jars to class loader but will ignore hdfs paths.
We could have the client download hdfs files, similar to how ADD JAR does.

I believe hive aux jars currently only works with local files. We could allow
hdfs files to be specified, similar to how ADD JAR does.
