I've changed to generate template file from HiveConf, which was more painful
than previous one.
1. Some configurations dependent to hadoop version(MAPREDMAXSPLITSIZE, etc) are
missed from template. I've started with intention to create per shim templates
for each shims but I couldn't make proper maven script for it.
2. This makes huge HiveConf because now it contains all of the descriptions in
it.
