Description:
The downloaded scratch dir is specified in HiveConf as:

DOWNLOADED_RESOURCES_DIR("hive.downloaded.resources.dir",
System.getProperty("java.io.tmpdir") + File.separator +
"${hive.session.id}_resources"),
{code}
However, the "${hive.session.id}" is not expanded.
