Parameter alert! HIVE-5843 (transaction manager) introduces 13 new config
params. "This has been merged with trunk and should be ready for review and
hopefully commit."
All have definitions in the comments except the first three, which speak for
themselves.

Update: HIVE-5843 was committed for release 0.13.0 but two parameters have
been removed, also in release 0.13.0 (HIVE-6606) -- hive.txn.driver &
hive.txn.connection.string. So I'll copy this comment into HIVE-6586, which is
for revisions to HiveConf after this commits.
