This changes the default value of *hive.metastore.execute.setugi* to true in
HiveConf.java. The default also needs to be changed in
hive-default.xml.template (or HiveConf.java after HIVE-6037 gets committed) and
the wiki needs to be updated, with version information.
I've added a comment to HIVE-6586 so the default can be changed in
HiveConf.java after HIVE-6037, and I'll take care of the wiki.
