Just for the record (and searchability): this updates
hive-default.xml.template with *hive.optimize.null.scan* which was added to
HiveConf.java in HIVE-7385.
There's a trivial typo in the parameter description, but it's also in
HiveConf.java so the template file is an exact match. Both can be fixed
another time.
