Mainly table sampling features are workable except 2 issues:
# part of block sampling requires CombineHiveInputFormat, while Hive on Spark
hard code input format to HiveInputFormat.
# few block sampling queries return unexpected result.
I've create 2 related jira which are linked above to track these 2 issues.
