FYI, the build was broken for some time today. I was because I missed an 'svn rm'. It should be fixed now. You can resubmit patches for pre-commit tests now. Sorry for the trouble! The jira is HIVE-7533.
This issue is different from the reason why some builds broke yesterday night (Pacific time).
