[~sershe] I havent tested on latest, but you are right. Hive would let you do
this in olden days. But from perspective of this patch, this is not an issue.
If you were allowed to create two such partitions (which arguably is
erroneous), than they are indeed two different partitions when it came to count
# of distinct values for a partitioning column which is done in this patch.
Thing is Hive should disallow you to create such partitions, but if they did
get created, than they will live to be two independent partitions.
