The only test failure from the last run that appeared to be relevant was the
TestOrcHCatLoader.testReadDataPrimitiveTypes failure. However, upon further
investigation, it appears to be unrelated to these changes. The failure is
caused by an assertion failing due to a type mismatch in the results from
submitting a Pig query. The failure also appeared during a [few pre-commit test
runs|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-7286] for my patch for
HIVE-7286, which indicates that it is a separate issue.
