The list of parameters for HiveServer2 connection is getting large. Getting the
params wrong (eg NONE(plan sasl) vs NOSASL) can lead to the client hanging.
In case of kerberos connections the HS2 principal name also needs to be
specified.
Connections modes such has HTTP have additional parameters like the path name.
