[~ashutoshc], I attach the last version of the patch. Some plans are changed
and they seem right. However, there are some tests that result in exceptions.
Some examples of the latter using TestCliDriver: union_ppr.q,
update_all_types.q, vector_data_types.q, vector_partitioned_date_time.q,
windowing.q, windowing_streaming.q.
