Doc note: This adds *hive.metastore.filter.hook* to HiveConf.java, so it needs
to be documented in the wiki.
Fix Version/s says 0.14.0 and 0.15.0 but [~prasadm]'s comment just says
committed to trunk, so is it only 0.15.0?
