Hi all, Some votes has started to add new committers. I'm happy to hear that, and thanks Makoto for starting the voting.
However, in other Apache projects, we start to vote about adding committers in private mailing list since the discussion sometimes includes sensitive discussion. Is it okay for us? This is just a confirmation, not a criticism. If we start to the discussion in private ML, Mentor-related responsibility/oversight in [1] should be confirmed before starting it.
