`mvn -Pcompile-xgboost` failed because;

clang: error: unsupported option '-static-libgcc'
make: *** [jvm-packages/lib/libxgboost4j.so] Error 1
move native lib
{code}

So, in this case, we print explicit error messages in ./bin/build_xgboost.sh
