Hi All, We are proud to announce the first release candidate of Apache Hop 2.10.0. From this version Apache Hop will require Java 17 to run older Java versions are no longer supported.
Notable new features: • Ability to block code execution in script transforms using an exclude list • Ability to configure multiple Azure storage accounts • Upgrade of Azure blob storage dependencies • New File operations from the Explorer perspective • Support for a variable in the database connection field for all transforms Notable Bug fixes: • Better dialog handling for macOS (some dialog were taking up more space than needed) • Fixed Save shortcut handling in Metadata perspective • The SVG print option did not work correctly when using Hop in some languages • Dimension Lookup/Update did not work correctly when running outside Hop UI In total we closed 139 tickets, making this our largest release to-date.
