We are proud to present you all with the final release of 2024.
This release has been made possible by 16 contributors closing a total of 109
tickets, we also have 4 new contributors, welcome to the team!
Notable changes in this release:
4 new NLP-related transforms:
• Detect Language
• detect the language of content in a field
• Stanford NLP
• parse and tokenise a text corpus for basic text analysis
• Language Model Chat
• ask questions to your preferred LLM (openAI, Ollama, Huggingface,...)
• HTML to text
• convert HTML pages to plain text
New Metadata type:
The Rest connection metadata type simplifies the configuration of a rest
endpoint. No need to manage a re-usable connection in multiple pipelines.
New Database type:
Database type for MemSQL
Git Improvements:
Basic branch management and switching from the UI
UI Improvements:
• Some fixes in data grids when adding/removing lines using the toolbar
• Switch zoom in/out to more logical position
• Moving transforms/actions to the left boundary will no longer make the
collapse
• you can no longer move outside of the editable window
• Viewport takes up less space
