I believe it's too early to begin the retirement process. There is
still pending work,
such as the pull request at
https://github.com/apache/horaedb/pull/1628.
I suggest we revisit the retirement decision at the end of this
year if the project remains inactive.
This would give core developers more time to adapt and potentially
resume their work.
