MSI Installer

Hi,
I want to play a bit with the MSI installer; have got the httpd-win32-msi tree from 
cvs, but it seems to me that I will need something more, perhaps a MSI-SDK from M$ or 
somthing like that?
Can someone please point me to the needed sources?
